A joint venture bringing Banjima ownership and cultural authority together with national electrical, mechanical and construction delivery — one contract, one accountable team, on country.
Bandima Contracting Pty Ltd is a Banjima owned business based in Tom Price, working on Banjima country in the central Pilbara. Baldja is a majority Indigenous owned joint venture between RSGx, Wilco Electrical and Kardan Construction, delivering complex projects across Australia.
Together we provide a contracting partnership that combines genuine cultural authority on the country the work sits on with the technical depth to self-perform that work safely.

Preserving country, culture and environment, and improving the lives of Indigenous people through training and employment. The Banjima native title determination covers more than one million hectares of the central Pilbara.
A majority Indigenous owned incorporated joint venture between RSGx, Wilco Electrical and Kardan Construction, self-performing across disciplines on a single project — 2,000+ combined employees, national reach.
Cultural training and Indigenous employment are inside the delivery model, not bolted onto it.

Employment, apprenticeships and cultural training for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are contracted commitments, tracked and reported against every project.
That 10% is set aside for Indigenous team members facing financial hardship, regardless of how a project performs, to give them the best chance of success in their chosen career — flights home for funerals, dental coverage, vehicle breakdown assistance, rental support and more.

Both partners work to the safety management systems, permits and site rules that apply wherever we operate. Cultural inductions are delivered by Banjima people before crews go to work on country.
An Indigenous-owned and led joint venture, recognised through independent certification and backed by the systems and accreditations our clients expect.
We will come back with the delivery model, the Indigenous participation plan and the people who would run it.

Bandima Baldja acknowledges the spiritual and cultural custodians of the lands and waters on which we work — the Banjima people of the central Pilbara, and the Traditional Owners of every site we are invited onto.
We further acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of all lands throughout Australia, and the Indigenous peoples beyond our shores. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, who hold the culture, stories and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we respect their ways of knowing and doing and their continuing relationship with land, waters and community.
We recognise the importance of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who carry that knowledge forward, and the responsibility our venture holds in creating work and training that stays in community.
